Tim's
Oompah Hour brings you an hour of great old tyme
music every
week -- polkas, waltzes, schottishes, obereks and more, from
all cultures and nationalities. They're oldies because they
all come
from phonograph records! Many of your favorites from the
larger bands
with national distribution to the small bands on local or
regional
record labels. You might hear a scratchy record now and then
but that's
what makes it fun! Most of the songs on the show have never
been
released on CD or for mp3 download! The show is produced
weekly at
Iron Range Country Radio KEBS-AM 1620 on the Iron Range in
Bovey,
Minnesota where the show can he heard Saturday evenings at 7
PM and
Sunday afternoons at 3 PM, and
also on many affiliate stations all over the country.
You can
email your artist and song requests and by all means if you
hear a
mispronounciation (Heaven forbid) feel free to send a
correction!

Power Broadcasters website. Every show, along with
